The 5-Step Claim Process

Verify Provider Registration

Check HRD Corp portal for vendor company code. Ask the vendor directly — they should know it.

Submit Grant via eTRiS

Apply at least 7 working days before programme. Upload quotation, proposal, trainer CV, and participant list.

Run the Programme

Log attendance per session. Trainer signs off at end. Take 5–10 photos showing activity and debrief.

Collect Documentation

Final invoice, signed attendance sheet, programme report with photos, trainer sign-off form, payment receipt.

Submit Claim via eTRiS

Upload all documents within 30 days of programme. Typically approved in 10–14 working days.
