Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Team Building MY, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use of Service

Team Building MY provides a directory service connecting users with team building companies, venues, and activities in Malaysia. We do not directly provide team building services.

3. Listing Information

While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing information. Users should verify details directly with service providers.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information when submitting inquiries
• Not misuse or abuse the platform
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Vendor Listings and Subscriptions

Service providers may claim a listing and subscribe to a paid plan. Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.

• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and the plan remains active until then. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
• Which features and lead notifications a listing receives depends on its plan at the time each enquiry is received.
• We do not guarantee any number of enquiries, their quality, or that any enquiry will result in a booking. Enquiry volume depends on buyer demand, which varies by region, season and category and is outside our control.
• Where a plan includes leads routed exclusively to a single provider, these are limited in number, allocated in rotation among eligible providers, and subject to availability. Exclusive allocation is a maximum, not a commitment.
• We may suspend or downgrade a listing whose payment fails or remains outstanding.

6. Changes to Services, Plans and Pricing

We are continually developing the service. We may add, modify, limit or discontinue any feature, plan, or usage limit at any time, including the allocation of leads between plans.

• Notice. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan receives, we will give at least 30 days notice by email to your account address before it takes effect.
• Pricing. Price changes take effect from your next billing period following that notice. They never change what you have already paid.
• Legacy and promotional rates. Discounted, founding or promotional rates are offered for a limited time and may be withdrawn, or moved to current standard pricing, on the same 30 days notice.
• Your choice. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel before it takes effect. Continuing to use a paid plan after the notice period ends means you accept the change.

Changes that do not reduce what a paid plan receives — new features, higher limits, bug fixes — may be made without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Team Building MY is not responsible for any disputes, damages, or issues arising from transactions or interactions between users and listed service providers.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
