Companies looking to do Annual Dinner, please avoid this company. 1. Why LK PIC keep on looking at laptop instead of coordinating the event setup - client needs to do Gemba Walk and assume their responsiblity just to ensure everything set-up in timely manner? We have our own job too. This lack of responsibility and arrangement causing the event set-up completion and rehearsal delayed. At 05:00 pm the photo backdrop still not up cause their vendor wrong printing and LK did not monitor from the start. 2. Poor sound system quality throughout the event. Leading to copyright issue where the video displayed during event produce different audio - it seems no rehearsal on the audio being done. 3. Lack of common sense in managing the music; music was played while the emcee was talking and not match with current situation in stage. Emcee need to ask them to turn down the volume repeatedly. 4. LK staff were not fully aware of the registration process, including arrangements for VIPs and long service award recipients. 5. Lack of problem solving skill. Any issues go direct to client without trying to solve first. We end up need to micromanage everything. 6. Slow responses in the WhatsApp group. They ghosted our questions and only appear when they need something from us, the client. 7. No table perfume as promised. There were months to prepare and suddenly on the event date they said - the table perfume is on the way from supplier. LOL 8. Posters design all are really not creative - like using Canva basic account (give to someone creative, basic features also can be like pro). We ended up need to design ourselves and work till late night due to tight timeline and LK did not deliver as expected. 9. During proposal presentation, they looks convincing. But after the award, they started to slowly going down the drain. They also seems to not work properly with the emcee, they had their own conversation and discussion with emcee during meeting with us, the client. Appears that they did not engage with the emcee before meeting us. 10. Overall event execution felt dull and disengaging. They promised Saloma Bridge for the entrance but it is really far from expectation. They only like tampal2 the event logo inside the canvas. Funny la P/S: Please do not got fooled by the 5 stars rating. It seems to be planned by the team themselves. And it is why and how we got fooled too before engaging with them directly.

Worked with LK Entertainment for an event in JB. Excellent service, well-organized and easy to work with. Everything was perfectly managed, and the results were amazing. Highly recommend them for any event!

LK did not fulfil several items from their proposal for our company dinner and event in JB on December 2025. -Backdrop installation was delayed. -Poor sound system quality throughout the event. -Lack of common sense in managing the music; music was played while the emcee was talking. -LK staff were not fully aware of the registration process, including arrangements for VIPs and long service award recipients. -Backdrop text/wording was incomplete or missing. -Slow responses in the WhatsApp group. -Event execution felt dull and disengaging. - The committee was not informed of the changes to the lucky draw number. instead of using the provided lucky draw number during registration, they change it to the staff ID number. people got confused and angry with the committee. - We even received bad feedback from staff for this year's event.
