What documents do you need for an HRDF claim?
An HRD Corp (SBL-Khas) claim is submitted through the e-TRiS portal within six months of the training date. It must be supported by a set of documents — some the employer prepares, and some the training provider supplies. This free tool generates the employer-side supporting documents for a team building programme in minutes.
✓ This tool generates
- Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Programme Outline / course content
- Attendance Sheet (Form T3)
- Post-Training Evaluation Form
- Trainer Profile
From your training provider / employer
- Official tax invoice (addressed to HRD Corp)
- Proof of payment
- JD14 form (completed by the trainer)
- Company levy statement
- e-TRiS claim form submission
What is the JD14 form?
The JD14 is completed by the training provider and submitted to the employer for declaration in e-TRiS — so it comes from your trainer/vendor, not this tool. This generator produces the employer-side documents (TNA, programme outline, attendance, evaluation, trainer profile).
Can team building be claimed under HRDF?
Yes — team building delivered as a structured programme with clear learning objectives is claimable under SBL-Khas, provided the trainer is TTT-certified and the course is HRD Corp Claimable. Employers can typically recover 50–100% of the cost against their levy. See HRDF-registered team building vendors →
