Stayed for 3nights during the school holidays. Kids loved the room with slide, bed is comfortable, mineral bottle water provided, shower facilities sufficient. Agree with the rest of the comments that sound proofing can be improved, we stayed on the highest floor so we were lucky we were not disturbed by any noise. However, we can feel the echo or sound being amplified in own room due to the thin flooring and wall. Take note that the main road is closed on weekends, so you can't drive in via the main entrance. Carpark is a distance away. Suggestion is once you have checked in, driver can choose to drop the rest of the guests at the back entrance to enter instead. Don't forget to visit their VR room as well. Guests have free credits to play the games. It was a highlight for my kidsl. Overall, is still a good stay. Staff are friendly, hotel location is good and accessible to jonker street.

I felt so comfortable the moment I walked into the hotel! The place is set in a beautiful historical building with so much character. The location is super convenient too, just walking distance to most of the must-visit tourist landmarks, which makes exploring so easy. My kids were super happy because they got to design and build their own T-shirts, it is such a fun and unique activity for them. I also really loved the coffee that came in a biscuit cup, it was so special, and the cake was absolutely delicious. Overall, a lovely experience for both adults and kids!

Big thank you to the amazing staff here! I accidentally left a medical equipment in the hotel and only noticed after I got home, 1.5 hours away. I called the hotel and the staff by the name of John quickly found it and arranged same-day delivery. His efficiency, kindness and willingness to help really stood out. Excellent service and genuine care for guests!
