Extremely disappointed with the way this company handles customer inquiries. The support team made no real effort to understand my request, instead, they sent a generic response and ended the conversation the moment they realized my needs didn’t fit their standard or “high-value” clients. It’s very clear they only prioritize wealthy customers or large accounts, and have no interest in genuinely helping regular clients. Poor attitude, poor communication, and a complete lack of professionalism. Definitely not a customer-focused business. Dare not engage with their services

Super responsive and alert customer service. Very impressed. We got Genting Skyworld tickets a few hours before and could use them without issues. Tickets were no longer available on the Genting official site then. Thank you!

Bought Skyworld Theme Park tickets here. As I don't have local bank account and had some issues with my phone caused couldn't proceed for the payment. The girl helped me to solve all the issues and send me the ticket in 5mins. Highly recommended!
