I came here with family for 3 days 2 night stay. The house is beautiful with those days concept of structure. It's kind of spacious, also with spacious parking that can fit about 10 cars. They had a place for BBQ and even for a campfire. There are beach, restaurants and stores nearby the homestay so the location is kind of strategic. There is a swimming pool with kids and adults section ang the water is clean and warm. They also provide a basic kitchen utensils but it's not that clean so need to make sure to wash it thoroughly before use. The house can accommodate about 30 pax but the rooms only provide bed for 22 pax so you can bring extra pillows and comforts to sleep. There are about 5 rooms, it's clean but some of the bed especially the double decker bed has lots of black ants. So none of us were able to sleep there. Also the bathroom water shower pressure was not strong and sometimes there's no water since if there are people showering in other bathroom. The rooms below were kind of smelly so we had to spray a scent and switch on the fan all the way to make the bad smell go away. Also, there are monkeys around but it won't disturb just that do not let any food or rubbish outside the house. Overall, it's a good place for a big family gathering just that the owner should improve on the cleanliness and the maintenance.

Big area, Can fit 20pax, all rooms are air conditioned, big house, big kitchen, got pool table, swimming pool, karaoke, got 5 bathrooms, mattress and bed are cosy and comfy. Will repeat again,

We stayed at the homestay for 2 nights with a big group, and overall the experience was good. The place is very spacious, parking was easy (fits approximately 10 cars), and it can accommodate up to 30 people comfortably (extra beds not provided, can bring own pillow and comforter). Facilities are decent, with a proper kitchen and working utilities, large bedrooms. It’s also a great spot for a BBQ session, and we had good fun with karaoke together as a family. The location is convenient too, being near Telok Kemang beach. Kids totally enjoyed the stay, and we appreciated the staff’s fast response whenever we raised an issue. On the downside, we experienced water disruption as the water pump wasn’t working properly. Some beds, especially the double-deckers, were not usable due to ants. A few game items were damaged, and one outdoor lights were not working, leaving the area quite dark at night. The staff were responsive but often mentioned “rosak” (broken). While we understand this is not 5 star high luxury stay, but regular maintenance and cleanliness could be improved. Overall, it’s a good option for group stays with plenty of space and fun activities, but some upkeep would make the experience much better.
