Our family enjoyed a serene getaway at The Glass House on the first day of CNY, with only 25 guests at the hotel, made our stay feel exceptionally private. Despite the rainy 3:00 PM arrival, the staff greeted us warmly with umbrellas, providing excellent service that continued throughout our stay. After checking in, we indulged in a delightful afternoon tea featuring banana fritters, popia, and a standout Musang King cendol. Although our initial room below the manager's unit had some technical issues with the air conditioning and plumbing, the staff quickly relocated us to a more spacious unit with a beautiful front yard. The swimming pool is open until night, and the water slide is fun to enjoy. And 3 meals per day for the price paid is worth it. I want to express my appreciation to Mr. Sukari, who found my husband's wallet and returned it to our room in the rain. He refused to accept any reward, saying that it was his responsibility as a staff member there. All the other staff were also very kind and friendly. In the end, the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful views, and helpful staff made it a truly relaxing stay.

Quiet, scenic location, great villas, and excellent food. Staff went out of their way to accommodate our dietary requirements (vegetarian). Please add laundry service and reduce the karaoke volume a little!

If you need a quiet place away from the city, this is great and the holiday package include breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner, there is rest and recreation. Durians of all favorite varieties can be purchased at wholesale prices to be consumed on the spot or take away. The kedondong (ambra) juice served at meals are great. The villa also privde a tour of their sceinic estate going uphill by jeep to their highest point overlooking their valley and Genting highland across the valley. There are 4000 durian trees while other fruits are also grown, bananas, pineapples, kenongdongs, avocados for in-house consumption.
