Booked a 3 room apartment. Given an apartment on level 14 no 4 . Unit number was 13A-3A It was very musty. We opened balcony door to air it out.. The air cond hasnt been clean or used . Sleeping one night caused family to start coughing. Wall paper in a room torn. Couch seat had plenty visible stains, looks very dirty. Bathroom was not very clean but water pressure was good. Had a good shower. Receptionist service was good. Car park attendant service was efficient. Location good, in the town. Overall, ok experience. Wont recommend staying here unless big family on a very tight budget

This complex is made up of units managed by different landlords, so your experience will largely depend on who you book with. Unfortunately, our room did not feel clean on arrival and it wasn’t serviced at all during our stay. There was no on-site management presence for our unit, and all communication was handled via WhatsApp. The complex itself has two large swimming pools and a gym. The pools are a good size, although the water was quite cold. The gym is a useful addition, but some of the equipment is in need of repair. WiFi was acceptable. There are a few temples and local restaurants nearby. The walking street is within reasonable distance, but it only operates on weekends. Overall, due to the cleanliness issues and lack of service, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

I would like to sincerely commend Nadia for her excellent service during my check‑in. She was very helpful and proactive in sharing information about the hotel events, including the Sky Deck pricing and the water taxi ride. Although she initially mentioned that the water taxi voucher was only applicable if I checked in the next day, she was kind enough to go the extra mile by checking with her manager to see if an exception could be made. In the end, she successfully helped me obtain the voucher for the water taxi ride the next day, which I truly appreciate. Her attitude and willingness to assist made a big difference to my experience. As for the room, I booked a Premium Suite, and overall it was acceptable. However, cleanliness still has room for improvement. I noticed some leftover hair behind the pillow from the previous guest, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, great service from Nadia, but housekeeping standards could be improved.
