Windy, long road to get to the place. Steep, sometimes slippery stairs to get to the chalets. Lack of super easy access to food. If you can surmount the challenges above, The Hill is a wonderful retreat with lovely mountain views and a sense of quiet privacy you rarely find. As there are only 3 chalets, you can rest assured that there aren't many humans around. Very clean and comfortable chalets. Do T expect insane comfort for this price bit the king bed is massive and the bunks are quite serviceable for younger guests. This is more for adult getaways than senior or family type groups.

Super amazing stay. It had an amazing view from the chalet, nice rivers around, beautiful sounds of bugs, night sky full of stars. It was just so amazing. Even though the pool may not seem as clean as in pictures, it was still a nice view to swim to. This place will be a challenge for anyone with disabilities, joint pains, or even short breathe as there are quite a number of stairs to climb from the common kitchen, pool, BBQ pit, and parking to the rooms. The caretaker Kak Ana is super friendly and helpful. Even the owner was quick to respond and find alternative solutions for issues we had.

Interior design of the rooms are just beautiful, and the area is very clean. Came for company team building and it had everything we needed including the BBQ area and a swimming pool. In your room they will tell you some nearby river spots to cool off too. Only feedback is not suitable for older people as there are stairs to climb to reach the rooms which are on top of a small hill. Overall I really enjoyed the stay and will recommend The Hill to others.
