We had an absolutely wonderful stay and an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, warm and helpful. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. A special thank you to Mark, Izzat and Jeff for their outstanding service and for always being attentive to our needs. The room was in great condition. It was clean, tidy and very comfortable and everything was well maintained. The environment was absolutely superb. From our room, we had a beautiful view of the mountains and in the morning we could enjoy a stunning sunrise, which made the experience even more memorable. We were also celebrating our anniversary and the hotel prepared a lovely surprise for us. They provided a complimentary cake upon our check-in to the room and decorated the bed with a beautiful swan heart shape made from towels. It was such a thoughtful gesture and truly made our celebration extra special. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really appreciated the warm hospitality and peaceful surroundings. We are truly grateful to the team for such a wonderful experience and would definitely love to return again.

My stay was very good. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. I genuinely appreciated the smooth check‑in process and the peaceful atmosphere throughout my stay. The amenities were convenient, and everything worked exactly as expected. Yoga session in the morning was great!. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely return again. Highly recommended!

Stayed at Chateau Resort with my husband for our wedding anniversay.. Had a great time there.. They greeted us by our name, provided complimentary cake and chocolate for our anniversary.. The resort was clean, great escape from the city life.. Their staff were kind and friendly, especially Mr Moshi who tried his best to get us the best photo shots and Mr Aiman who assisted us with baggage and provide us the best room service. Not forgetting the friendly receptionists who assisted us. We were really amazed by the hospitality they provide. The food was good (we had cordon bleu, mushroom soup and chateu burger for dinner). Chef can improve the nasi lemak sambal to make it more authentic like malaysian nasi lemak. Otherwise, thank you for the great service and kudos to the team 🩷
