Very disappointing stay. Would not recommend. Check-in happens inside a convenience store. The employees were not very helpful and did not explain much. There is no real lobby. The entrance is secluded and located next to an empty shopping mall, which already feels uncomfortable when arriving. Only 1 out of 4 elevators was working, and the one working had a flickering light inside. The hotel management seems to push the issue to the building management. As a guest, I do not care whose responsibility it is. It is still part of the experience I pay for. The hallway looked empty and spooky. The room itself was spacious and clean. A bit dated, but mostly like shown on the booking platform. That was the only positive part. What made us change hotels the same night was the overall creepiness. There was constant door slamming. At one point someone next to our door was making loud metallic noises, like keys banging against something. Even our taxi driver later said that late night hotel changes from this place are not uncommon. Another thing: the apartments are listed under multiple entries on Google Maps and booking platforms, which feels misleading. I also noticed reviews disappearing from Google Maps, which might explain the very high rating. Overall not a good experience and we would not stay here again.

Place was clean, well maintained and everything worked well. There was enough space for family members to hang out without getting on each other's nerves! Location was great as it was easy to navigate to most places of interest around melaka. Had a lovely stay and most impressed with the services! We also liked that we were asked about our stay and whether we needed extra towels. Thoughtful and such a nice personal touch! Bravo!

We originally booked 2 nights but ended up extending to 3 because we loved the place so much! The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family. The private jacuzzi/pool was the highlight — perfect for relaxing and the kids absolutely enjoyed it. The high-floor view was beautiful, and the location was excellent, just a short drive to Jonker Street, malls, and local food. Parking and security were smooth, and the building facilities were well maintained. Check-in was easy and communication was clear throughout the stay. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely come back again! Highly recommended!
