Beautiful resort with decent rooms and nature to explore. Free durians too! Very friendly and helpful owner. Nice place for family getaway. There is a kitchen for campers to use as well.

We went for camping. Very clean, and organized place to camp. Love the pool or river. Clean, cooling and fresh water. Had lots of fun!

We recently spent 2 nights camping at Taiping Bamboo Resort, setting up our tent on one of the gazebos. The campsite is spacious and surrounded by lush greenery, with a stream and pond at the back adding to the relaxing atmosphere. Facilities are average, good thing is plug points are available at the gazebos, and the toilets are clean and washed daily by a dedicated cleaner. The location is convenient, only about 3km from Taiping City Centre and roughly 800–900m from Burmese Pool. However, getting Grab rides was a bit tricky. Many drivers were unfamiliar with the road beyond Burmese Pool, and some even canceled our bookings. We managed by explaining the directions clearly, and for convenience, we ordered meals via Shopee Food. The resort also offers chalets, a multi-purpose room, a common kitchen with two fridge and a game room, so there’s more to do beyond camping. The dogs at the campsite are friendly and well-behaved. However, the free-roaming chickens and roosters can be noisy, with one rooster starting his day as early as 4:30am 😔 We did notice the gazebo wooden platform was slightly soft and uneven. A maintenance upgrade underneath the gazebos would improve safety and comfort. Overall, a peaceful and unique place for a camping getaway near Taiping.
