Just wrapped up a stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Melaka, and honestly… it delivered. The room was spacious, airy, and super comfortable. The beds? Cloud-level soft. The pillows were a little too soft for my liking at first — but plot twist — they have a pillow menu. Yes, a pillow menu. You can literally choose your preferred firmness and have it sent to your room FOC. Elite behavior. We love a hotel that understands sleep is serious business. The views from both the room and the pool were such a vibe — especially during golden hour. The views from both the room l were such a vibe, especially during golden hour. It’s the kind of setting that makes you pause and just soak it all in. And the seat in the house has to be is the infinity pool That’s the spot to catch the sunset. Watching the sky slowly shift colors from up there was absolutely stunning and easily one of the highlights of the stay. Overall the facilities were clean, polished, and very well maintained, which made everything feel premium. Service-wise, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and that always elevates the whole experience. Now let’s talk about the buffet because wow. Both dinner and breakfast were top notch. Since we stayed during Ramadan, the roasted lamb stole the show. Tender, flavourful, and definitely the star of the night. It was easily a fan favorite at our table. All in all, it was a stay that balanced comfort, good food, and thoughtful details really well. Safe to say, I’ll be making a return trip in the future.

Back for more hotel review. First and foremost this is not a paid or sponsor review. Reviews from me are paid full and honest. Firstly I would like to thank the staff at doubletree melaka for their hospitality and warm welcome, even though it was day 3 of Chinese New Year. Our family always felt so welcome at their chain of hotels. All the staff and service personnel are so helpful and also accommodating to our needs, especially travelling with 1 toddler and 1 infant boys.. providing the boys with extra cookies on request, and extra water for the boys Milks. Very very thoughtful of them as always. The room was awesome, with big panoramic glass window that looks into the heart of melaka. Clean, big, classic and best of all giant bathtub that my 2 kids love them! The living area is nice and comfy for hosting and also for my kids to free roam around without worrying. The room bed was perfect.. not those soft mattress and always thumbs up with the pillow request! Every space feels so luxury and also private once the door is closed. We as adult can focus on the packing and preparing of the next day or the night feeds. Location of the hotel was good, tugged away in the quiet area that what we always like, not so crowded or messy, like the city centre. The best of all, cause its not in city centre, people are playing fireworks just outside, which we are like on a grandstand watching all the firework playing thru the night! Fantastic mesmerising view and breathtaking i would say! Breakfast was no- doubt wide variety of good food. Even able to satisfied my 2 boys tummy! Goos food and fast clearing and attentive staff. This stay was awesome as usual! My go to fav chain of hotel that I travel with! Hopefully will get to review more! And bring my boys around as well! So stay tune! Had a very pleasant stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Melaka. From check-in to check-out, the service was warm and welcoming — the signature DoubleTree cookie was a lovely touch. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. Facilities were excellent, especially the swimming pool and gym, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Melaka. Breakfast spread was generous with a good mix of local and international options, and the staff were attentive and friendly throughout our stay. The hotel is also conveniently located, making it easy to get around. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Definitely a great choice for both leisure and family trips in Melaka. Would gladly return again 😊
