I had a company trip here, the entrance is very challenging for bus to go in. Not bus friendly & Not wheelchair friendly either. The overall vibe is okay, luckily we booked house with private pool, so the staff can enjoy the pool aside from river that is quite shallow but i think kids will love it. The room is comfortable BUT plug point 2 for tv, 1 for table lamp. So we had to unplug those for us to use. Not toiletries given, only towel, there's shower soap n shampoo but the dispenser not working and broken. Had to pump many times to get it out. The quotation process okay, but the details is too simple we had to clarify many times. Most of the equipment also old and not well maintained (gym & bicycle)..too many cats and its poop. The cafe staff also missed out to do the grill service, although we already requested and paid for it. So, everyone had to wait till late night to have it done. But most staff already too full and tired of waiting. Anyhow, Pn.Dayang and Mr. Iman both very cooperative and friendly.oh and I think they need to provide spotlight around bbq pit too.

I had an amazing stay at this resort. The property is beautifully maintained, with stunning views and plenty of relaxing spaces. The amenities were outstanding.. great pool, and activities for all ages. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation. I can’t wait to come back!

We had 2 days and 1 night. It's a pleasent experience. Overall resort is very clean, the room is better than my expetation. The staf are friendly and helpful. Will definitely come again.
