One of the Indian (i think?) worker 's attitude and service was VERY bad. When my kids started playing, no one explained on how to play. So when my kids bumped by the tires, they got out to pull out the car. Then a worker came and told my kids how to play, but his attitude was very bad and had no patience he also called my kid stupid. The experience was alright but I'm NEVER bringing my kids back again! I think they need some management.

Be careful of the person tending the karts. We paid for 5 minutes but he didn't stop us when time was up. Then he told us he gave us extra time and charged us for that. Very unethical. Karts were fast and good. Kids had fun. We would have had a good experience if he didn't approach us for extra money at the end.

All good, I went there and play before, the place, the design, the staff all good service, but not much staff and very expensive rm18 for 5 mins???? And the I saw lots of people asking for discount some of them are scolding staff and rude to staff suppose to be it’s not staff fault but it’s the BOSS fault, syok kart boss are fault, not staff do the price but the boss, all the customer need to know this especially CHINESE customer, if they knew they are poor then never come to this nice place again, what a shame!!
