This hotel is wonderful. It’s beautiful, stylish, and very well maintained. The staff is truly amazing — professional, warm, and attentive throughout our stay. The only advice I would give is for guests who are sensitive to noise and prefer a quiet room or early nights. If your room faces the interior patio, it’s worth asking in advance whether any events, parties, or celebrations are scheduled, as these can generate some noise. Overall, a great experience and a place I would happily recommend.

This is definitely my favorite hotel among all the ones I’ve stayed at in Malaysia! The whole place is beautifully designed — stylish, tasteful, and full of character. The room was very spacious and comfortable; even with two large suitcases, we still had plenty of space to move around. Everything was spotless and well maintained. Each floor has some comfortable sofa areas where guests can sit and relax, which adds a lovely touch. The breakfast was outstanding — truly one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had! Every dish was delicious, and we honestly didn’t want the meal to end. I stayed for two nights but still felt it wasn’t enough — the bed was so comfortable that I could have easily stayed longer. The gym was great too — the equipment was quite new and there were plenty of options. The shower water temperature was also very stable, which made the stay even more pleasant. The location is also great, very close to major tourist attractions. The hotel also offers extra food options later in the day for an additional charge. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay and will definitely come back next time we visit! 💖

I stay at Jan- 2026. I and my wife impressed with the layout and the design of this hotel especially on how they take care maintenance here. This hotel received a lot of awards back then 2018-2022. They have a center courtyard with a nice music and vibe. Unfortunately, room 619 was not cooled even we switch on the AC for more than an hours. Night, we request to change room and the supervisor, Ms. Nina really understands our condition and assist for a room transfer. She is very helpful to fulfill our needs without asked many question. Breakfast is good and calm. Thank you Rosa Malacca Hotel and keep it up!.
