The house we purchased has lots of defects which only came out after the warranty. We had to replace both water tanks as one was leaking. It turn out they didn’t levelled the floor before putting up the tanks. The floor was full of debris and small stones. My roof slabs fell twice. TWICE! Even at my kampung no roofs ever fall. Let alone twice. Nyesal lah beli dgn PJH ni harga mahal but quality mcm me anak beranak buat rumah sendiri. Pelangi Residence resident

Is it true that PJH is slowly going broke? A resident of Aura, the CoC is years ago, but there are still fire alarm systems for each residential block that have never operated. In the event of a tragic fire at Aura, PJH will be top of the list to be sued. Perhaps the top management of PJH will get jail time for criminal negligence or manslaughter? Or do they not understand the law? And now a fire sale of many overhanging properties built in Putrajaya. The way they treat the buyer after the purchase contract is signed is laughable.
