I visited about an hour before berbuka puasa and decided to spend some time playing here while waiting. I only had around 30 minutes, but honestly, it turned out to be such a fun and memorable experience. A small tip for first-time visitors: make sure to bring your own socks, preferably sports or hiking socks. If you forget to bring them, you’ll need to purchase a pair there for RM7 per set. It’s a small detail, but good to know before coming. What really made the experience even better was the staff. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. One staff member who truly stood out was the marshal, Encik Afif Azhar (if I’m not mistaken). He was wearing glasses, tall and slim, and his service was exceptional. He patiently explained the games, guided me throughout the session, and made sure I understood how everything worked. He was also kind enough to help record some of my moments while I was playing, which I really appreciated because it allowed me to fully enjoy the experience without worrying about capturing it myself. Even though I only had about 30 minutes before berbuka, I managed to play more than five games, which made the visit feel very worthwhile and exciting. Overall, it was a great experience with excellent service and a very friendly team. If you’re looking for a fun activity to do with friends, family, or even while waiting for iftar, this place is definitely worth visiting. I would happily come back again.

This place is not appropriate for corporate team-building activities. Despite requiring participants to wear their special socks, the venue failed to provide proper seating areas. Our staff, including managers, were expected to sit on the floor, which is completely unacceptable in a professional setting. After completing the challenges, participants had no choice but to rest on the floor due to the lack of basic facilities. This reflects poor planning and a lack of consideration for adult corporate groups. On top of that, the staff’s attitude was disappointing. They spoke to and treated our team like school children rather than working professionals, which was disrespectful and unprofessional. Overall, this venue does not meet the standards required for corporate events. I would not recommend it for corporate team-building.

My experience here was superb! We did “Vs Hall” & game mentor/master SAAF was more than kind & patient. I lost my glass in the pool of balls and he helped us find inside there. He was going there & this outside looking for my glass also. Every game, he also say with an excellent tone that make us feel like we r in real game competition which increase our drive to play more & to win more! Furthermore the environment is so hygeien & clean since they ask all to wear gripped sock for safety obviously and also gloves so whenever we sweat it won’t be smelly on those game equipment. ❤️ should rly come try here! They also have escape room!
