We came here with our kids and the whole family, and it was such a wonderful stay ❤️ The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable for a family trip. The environment was relaxing and suitable for children, which made everything even more enjoyable. During breakfast, Malik & Joy served us very well. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure our family was well taken care of. Their warm service truly made our morning extra pleasant. Overall, we had a lovely and memorable time together. Highly recommended for families with children!

Had a wonderful iftar experience at PARKROYAL A'Famosa Melaka Resort. The ambience was elegant yet relaxed, making it a comfortable setting for breaking fast with family and friends. The buffet spread was impressive — a well-balanced selection of traditional local favourites alongside international dishes. Everything was fresh, flavourful, and thoughtfully presented. What truly elevated the evening was the outstanding service by NORISHA. She was attentive, professional, and genuinely warm in her approach. From the moment we were seated until the end of dinner, she ensured everything was smooth and well taken care of. Her hospitality reflected a high service standard and made the entire experience even more memorable. Overall, a highly recommended venue for iftar — excellent food, refined atmosphere, and exceptional service. Definitely worth returning. Bestt!!

We had the pleasure of working here on 28 February 2026 as the service provider for the wedding — covering the emcee, live band, and sound system. The hotel team was more than helpful throughout the entire event. They were consistently responsive, especially when dealing with weather changes, and handled every situation with professionalism and positivity. What truly stood out was their proactive attitude — they continually checked in to see how they could further support us and accommodate our requests. Their cooperation and willingness to work hand-in-hand with us made it easy to deliver a smooth and memorable wedding celebration for the couple. We are truly grateful for their support and collaboration. Highly recommended.
