We had lunch at the pop-up Nathalie Gourmet at Sentul Depot, the food was simply AMAZING! So refined and yet so reasonably priced and quality was really good. I forgot to take a pictures of the mains, they were delicious too!

I recently attended a private event catered by Nathalie Gourmet where I witnessed a deeply unprofessional and upsetting incident involving the presumed owner (a Caucasian lady, perhaps in her 50s-60s). During the event, with guests and staff moving freely, this individual was repeatedly going around and accusing several of the guests' helpers (maids) of stealing her table decorations. This occurred without the knowledge of the hosts/ employers until we saw the interaction directly to our own helper. This behavior is completely unacceptable and appalling. As the operator of the catering company, you are solely responsible for the security of your own belongings and decorative pieces. If you cannot keep your items secure, you should not go around leveling serious accusations of theft against the guests' helpers, especially not in front of guests. It is common business practice to factor in a certain amount of loss or damage, similar to how a caterer would not ask a guest to pay if they accidentally dropped a plate or cup during service. You cannot simply lay the blame on others for your own failure to adequately secure or supervise your property. This lack of professional responsibility and ethical conduct completely overshadows the quality of the food. I strongly advise the management to address this toxic behavior immediately. However, I must firmly correct your account of the incident, as it significantly misrepresents what occurred. ​Your explanation of a "professional and courteous request" is simply not true. ​The lady in question (the presumed owner) did not politely ask for items to be returned. She aggressively approached my helper, pointing her finger and directly accusing her with the phrase, "I saw you take it." This was a clear, unprofessional, and humiliating accusation of theft—not a discussion about "visual harmony"—while my helper was simply attending to my daughter near the door. ​Your justification about the decorative cars being for charity is irrelevant to your conduct. My point stands: ​Professional Responsibility: It is a fundamental part of your professional capacity to secure your own property. If these items were so crucial to the display and sensitive to unauthorized movement, it was your team's responsibility to monitor and protect them or simply put up signs. ​Unacceptable Conduct: Instead of approaching the Host or the Event Planner to discreetly address the issue (the appropriate professional channel), you chose to personally confront and publicly humiliate a hired helper/foreigner with baseless accusations. This suggests a profound lack of respect and is a blatant display of unprofessional ego. ​Your team's "passion" and "dedication" cannot excuse this toxic and accusatory behavior toward GUESTS' HELPERS. We, the guests, witnessed your actions, and we are setting the record straight. ​I reiterate: Do not shift the blame for your own lack of security and highly unprofessional outburst.

Private Christmas lunch by Natalie Gourmet at The Ruma Residences. Food was amazingly well prepared. Everything screams deliciousness from starter to dessert. It was truly a magical lunch !!!
