We were here for a short break during the CNY period. Last minute booking. Just us 8 pax consist of 2 families. We had the place to our selves. Our booking include fullboard meals which were plentiful and delicious. I even packed the balance😅. Homecooked food. The accomodation was basic but fulfilling because we understand it is rural living & to be close to nature. The whole resort was clean and very well maintained. We booked for water rafting and was safe for young kids. After rafting, Kids were enjoying themselves with just fishing activity from ponds just infront of our rooms. Highly recommend and would definityly come back.

Our experience at My Gopeng Resort was very disappointing. 1. On the first day, the hall’s air-conditioning was not working. Only after we complained several times did they finally admit it was fixed and could be used. 2. The staff’s attitude was unfriendly and unhelpful. 3. We came here for an event, but the food provided was insufficient.. Many people did not get to eat properly. 4. At night, they even turned off the water tank, making it extremely inconvenient for showering. This review is not just to complain, but to encourage the resort to improve. It’s also for others to know the real experience of staying here.

Strategic location in the natural venue. Well maintained and well managed. Full of forest, is a place for relax, team building, gathering and etc. Back to nature. There are some improvement in the room, blankets is just enough to cover for half body for adult 😂, I think is for small kids. It is a towel blanket. The room can accommodate up to 6 persons, however the toilet and bathroom combine into one and only one in a room, this is quite challenging for us, as our program slot time less than an hour for meal and bath. Hope this can be improved. Another is the room with limited electrical outlets. The staff all are enthusiastic and friendly. Ready to help at anytime. Food are good and yummy 😋 Training room facilities are quite equipped and well planned according to our needs. Water rafting just in walking distance with advanced booking. We all are enjoying with a little imperfections.
