You could not be closer to the National Park! The chalets are spread through the gardens (which are beautiful and plenty of wildlife just comes on in) - they are a bit old but full of character and so spacious. I see that some people moan about having to walk around the grounds, but really that is the great thing about this style of accommodation. There was a buggy service for those requiring help. Having a food buffet was great for us hungry cyclists - plenty and varied if not too exciting. The activities and the guides who lead them were outstanding. We were there in low season so we had rain (much more comfortable than heat) and we almost had the place to ourselves. We learnt SO much from our guides. The staff were without exception friendly and helpful -at reception, acivities desk and in the restaurant. We'd like to say big thank you for the way you handled getting us back to Jerentut today, when flooding caused issues on the roads. We were given sound advice, kept informed of what was happening and carefully tracked by the hotel until the 4x4 taxi replacement they had arranged for us got us to our destination. Thank you to all the team!!

Highly recommend Mutiara Taman Negara as an overall excellent value-for-money stay in Taman Negara. My best friends and I took the Kembara 3D2N package and it was really good. Staff at the hotel were friendly and always ready to help answer our questions. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for 4 pax quad sharing. The food provided during buffet was decent. The activities were fun too, we had the night and day jungle trek as well as the river rapids and Orang Asli village visit too. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves :)

With its breathtaking location and range of nature activities, Mutiara TN is a great place to base yourself to explore Taman Negara. The staff were incredible — friendly, helpful, and most of all, extremely knowledgeable. Food and drink options were fantastic. The rooms are in dire need of a revamp, which is in the planning stages.
