Staffs were nice when we came in. Building is old, pretty understandable but basic services and amenities are seriously lacking - Lobby is humid and hot. They did not bother to open the a/c at all throughout the day. Imagine how hot Melaka is - it’s actually breezier and cooler outside than the hotel lobby itself - Towels looked like rags! They’re in the same color and texture like the bath mats - They did not even provide bath math and face towels nor tissues when we came in. We had to request for them - Extra towels are charged at RM5 each - Room smelled damp - The hot water takes forever! Such a waste of water as it had to be turned on for 10 minutes before hot water rushes in - Flush is broken Overall if you had a choice, go elsewhere

I attend my cousin's wedding and book room 237. The AC wasnt funtion at all, me n my kids were sweating like in sauna. Then call for service they sent technicians and then AC still not okay, so the tech asked for another room. They said its full!! The tech himself urge them to make sure theres room for us because im with kids. Then they called us n change room for us. So the fully book room is just an excuse?? Then okay we got another room. But the furniture looks old and what i like about it, the bathroom is big. But still there is no maintenance for pipes n shower. The holder is loose.
