MIB is an excellent baking academy, and I'm very happy to study here. The school environment is clean and professional, allowing students to focus on learning baking skills. At MIB, the teachers are very experienced and patient. They teach us the correct methods step by step, whether it's bread, cakes, or desserts. The teachers provide careful guidance so that students truly learn, rather than just watching without doing. The school's facilities are comprehensive and closely resemble a real baking work environment. This made me feel like I was already working in a professional kitchen, which is very helpful for future employment. Furthermore, MIB's curriculum is clearly structured, with plenty of hands-on opportunities, allowing me to progress rapidly in a short period. I not only learned baking techniques but also time management and teamwork skills. Overall, MIB is a highly recommended baking academy. I gained knowledge and confidence here, which will greatly benefit my future development.

If you planned to join here for your studies please think twice 1. So called Chef here is not much of experience and lack of professionalism. 2. Be prepared to study from 8am to 10pm without meals or breaks. (nearly daily basis) 3. You only able to learn one small part of each product, Example student A can only do Cream, Student B can only do crust, end up they'll ask students to do exams for the whole product. It's like you were only able to touch 20% from a product. 4. Limitations of equipment, most of the students needs to share nearly everything regardless you're in exam or normal class.

After months of survey and observation, I'm glad that I have chosen the right place to learn the art of baking. Worth every penny spent. Reasonable fee covering up to 70 recipes over the span of 9 weekends. Special thanks to Chef Ng and the team for always keeping an eye on my work. Next will be the advanced level which only happens twice a year. Clean and well maintained kitchen. All the best to MIB!
