If you're considering a stay at House Hening Seri Melaka, you might want to think twice. Honestly, it feels like this place has seen better days. First off, the maintenance is seriously lacking. The facilities are a mess—there's a toilet that leaks, and the basin is clogged. The oven? Don’t even get me started; it’s filthy, and the BBQ pit is just a disaster zone with old, hard coal sitting in it. The balcony hasn’t seen a cleaning in ages, and it’s not much better indoors with a washing machine and dryer that don’t even work. Even the entertainment is a letdown—there's only one karaoke mic that works, and good luck finding batteries for the controller. The timber deck has cracks, the tiles on the stairs are broken, and the place has a spider web situation going on up in the corners. Oh, and the smell from the nearby cow ranch? Not exactly a pleasant welcome. With all of this going on, I can’t see how anyone would value this property above RM 1.2 million, honestly. The location isn’t great either, with cow sheds and palm oil plantations right next door. The owner really needs to invest in some serious renovations. Plus, the per-day pricing isn’t cheap compared to other villas in Malacca that are in much better condition. Overall, I’d look elsewhere if I were you.

The place was spacious. Great decor by the owner, he/she really know that the place could accommodate more 30 pax. Spacious kitchen where you can cook or prepare food calmly. The lawn is huge where you can make outdoor activities with the adults and kids. I would want the owner to reconsider upgrade or do something to the swimming pool tiles. There are edges that quite share and a bit dangerous for the kids without adult supervision. Inner pool divider edges quite sharp too, my friend’s kid got cut from it and it bleed. Please take note about this owner. During night session we did bbq, and the kids had lots of fun with karaoke system. I hope that the neighbour are okay with the loud noise. To the person who attend during check out, please go learn some attitude class or customer service 😮‍💨

Alhamdulillah, such a wonderful experience for a 3 days experience. 19 of us had 2 nights seminar and the facilities was awesome. The location were quite near to a famous local breakfast, Yok Mampir! If you are finding a quite place for a 15 pax plus, this is the place!
