We had a wonderful stay at Liu Men Hotel Melaka. The location is excellent, easily accessible and within walking distance to the main areas of Melaka, including the night markets on Friday and Saturday, which made it an even better place to stay. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, with a good-sized bathroom. The hotel itself is clean, well air-conditioned, and thoughtfully maintained. The staff were attentive and welcoming from the moment we arrived. It’s the little touches that really make this hotel memorable, the welcome drink and cold towel on arrival, complimentary water topped up in the room, a snack bar included, and even nightcap cookies waiting for you after a long day of exploring. They also offer free parking behind the hotel, which was a huge bonus and one of the reasons we chose to stay here. Parking in Melaka can be a nightmare, so this made everything much easier. Overall, a fantastic choice if you’re visiting Melaka, comfortable, convenient, and full of thoughtful details that make your stay feel special.

We had a wonderful stay at Liu Men Hotel. The added amenities they provide for free and gift were all thoughtful and appreciated gestures. It is a beautiful and clean hotel, with a comfortable bed, good shower, and great slippers. 😊 The location is excellent too, easy to walk around and explore. If you want to catch a water taxi instead of the river cruise, you can just stand at the pickup points and wave them over when they are approaching. You can purchase your ticket on board.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and well taken care of. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location was very convenient, close to everything we needed, yet still quiet and peaceful. What truly stood out was the hospitality — friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. They gave us a welcome drink and a cold towel to help us cool off from a warm weather. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable experience. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and good value. They even give us a gift.
