The place is good if you want isolated from city cause the town is 11km away. The restaurant dinner set is bad very bad for the price, can do BBQ should be good idea at least it smells good from afar. No mantainence on public facility the staff dont really care what the customer does there so you are free to find your own entertainment there. The room and toilet is clean, good thing.

The place is a quiet and tranquil resort. The parking space is abundant too. Generally the stay is very pleasant. However, I have some suggestions that the Management can look into to further bring the Resort to a higher level. Though the location is quite far from the nearest town to buy food, the food provided by the restaurant is tasty which is very commendable. However, the Management can look into the portion of the food served to cater to different crowd size. Currently the dishes offered comes in the size S & L. It would be better if they have size M. The rooms are clean and it is good as it provides a comfortable stay. It will be better if the Management can be include a free baby cot per request as paying RM70 per night to rent the baby cot can be expensive. after all, it should be a complimentary service to ensure customers' satisfaction and to promote a good stay for parents with infants. The activities in the resort are abundant from flying fox, pool table, swimming pool, dinosaur park, boat pedaling, animal farm, hiking, bicycle ride and ATV ride. Some rides are not very well kept while some are good condition. My suggestion is that the Management can streamline their activities where they can provide a few rides that are most sought after that are well-maintained. I understand that to maintain all these activities involve cost which will drive revenue down. However, offering too many things while some are neglected may not leave a good image to the guests. Quality is better than quantity! Your staffs are an asset and they are very friendly and helpful. That is a very good point to start with and I believe they can bring value to the Resort. Keep it up!

Love the nature surrounding. We took water villa on last vacation, having a superb experience there. All the place was clean & tidy. View at swimming pool is cool, breeze with fresh air. Next day we try hiking up to the nearest hill, plan to get the sunrise, too bad the dusk and rain cover the morning ray. The bicycle may need proper maintenance, to avoid any incidents. The rest, its a great place to run away from the city, chillin with the nature.
