It was an okay experience for me i guess. I just don't like most of the landscapes and buildings in this place. Going here is like going back to the budget primary school to be honest. It does not feels like an institute at all. Isn't leadership institute suppose to be the place where people feels awesome whenever they go to the place?

Leadership Institute of Sarawak Civil Service(The Institute) is formerly known as Centre for Modern Mangement(CMM) as rebranded by the state government on 01 July 2016. The Institute was established in 1975 to train Sarawak Civil Servant to enhance, coordinate and develop their skills under its first name, State Public Service Training Centre (SPSTC). SPSTC was changed to CMM or informally called as Centre Makan Minum by the local as the management takes care of their customer(civil servant who went for courses) with their refreshments and food. The facilitators are helpful and lot of activities can be carried out in this facility such as short courses, team building, interviews session and assessment interview. The Institute shares their area with Institut Pertanian but does not share facilities.
