While the natural setting was beautiful, several areas need urgent attention to improve the overall guest experience: 1. Swimming Pool Hygiene The pool floor was covered in moss, making it look neglected and potentially unsafe. Regular cleaning and maintenance are essential. 2. Basic Amenities for Glamping Guests For those booking the glamping package, at least provide 3-in-1 coffee sachets and paper cups. These small touches go a long way in enhancing comfort. 3. Water Safety Measures Since the water source is raw from the hill, a proper water pump and filtration system should be installed to ensure cleanliness and safety. 4. Tent Maintenance & Rain Protection Tents should be well-maintained, and fly sheets must be installed to prevent leaks during rainy weather. Comfort shouldn't be compromised by poor upkeep. 5. Guest Communication & Responsiveness Staff responsiveness needs serious improvement. My calls and WhatsApp messages were ignored or delayed, causing a long wait at the parking area for the 4x4 pickup. Timely communication is key to a smooth experience.

Pros - nice views, has rabbit farm and bird aviary. Cons - Mold in fridge, mold on ceilings, extremely dirty pool, has tadpoles in pool.

Let’s start with the good: the view is stunning. Surrounded by hills and greenery, it’s peaceful and quiet—exactly what you'd hope for in a nature escape. But that’s where the praise ends. The rest of the experience? A complete mismatch between price and quality. The toilets were filthy and clearly neglected, with weak shower pressure that barely qualifies as a rinse. The “glamping” tent was more like a worn-out camping setup—leaking roof, stagnant rainwater pooling inside, dead lizard on the floor, ants everywhere. Not exactly the cozy retreat they advertised. The extension wires were tangled and exposed, raising serious safety concerns. The pool? Murky and slimy—felt more like a breeding ground than a place to relax. Geli nak mandi, honestly. Communication was a hassle. WhatsApp replies were slow or ignored, and we had to physically track down staff just to get basic things like extra pillows. Only then did they bother to respond. For the price we paid, this was a letdown of epic proportions. The facilities were run-down, the service inattentive, and the overall experience felt like a scam. A refund wouldn’t just be fair—it’s deserved.
