“Great place ” I stayed 2 nights after leaving another hotel unhappy, this place definitely made me happy again. Great location near the malls and the Jonker Walk easily walkable. Great views from the room, I stayed on the 16th floor and had great view to the north from the room and the south from the room entry corridor outside. The facilities in the room were good, many tv channels and fridge, bathroom was good. Very good bed linen. Yes the hotel is a bit older and some areas showing age as per other reviews, but nothing to take away from my stay and be a negative.

To be honest, you can't love the hotel but yet, you can't find the worse as well. 1 - Services is great to a certain extend - Places to put your luggage while waiting to check in or check out and waiting for bus and etc. - Nice decoration upon request (paid) - Nice view (to my point of view) - Great customer service from cleaners and check in person. (if need late check out, pay for your late check out with the check in person rather then asking the check out person) - Good thing, there's at least Towel. 2 - Can't love reasons - Check out person is strict and non-flexible Exact phrase - no late check out, system will auto charge once you return the card late. - Lift is down during check out timing, - Lock out from your own room after 12pm, need to walk down again and "unlock" your card 3 - Rooms are a bit dirty to a certain extend that I need to clean it myself with a cloth. - the door looks unmaintained - Look like someone has "crack it open before" - Toilet - Bath area might be small for someone big sized. - There's a lot of TV Channels to choose from (best part - there's ambiance music for you to sleep with) 4 - Playground (level 3) is a bit small but good enough to entertain your kids for a good 10 minutes. 5 - The place is at a great location but crossing the road might pose some risk if you do not know how to cross a road without traffic lights. It's at least a good 4-5 Lanes road with 2 main road merger into the front of the hotel while you need to cross this road to get across to the shopping centre. (something to take note) Lastly, the room number and the door number might confused people for a while, remember to look for room number and not door number. My Door number starts with 08 but my room number starts with 09. - I have seen some reviews on bed bugs, I'm glad we did not encounter any of those.

Stay was great. Fast c/in. The only downside oftentimes given lower floors even hskeeping had clarify room is vacant (VC) and ready to c/in at anytime. Secondly, I'm aware London Bus Cafe sales quite slow mostly during night time. Pls put some notice on business hours changes. They supposed to close at 11pm and last order at 10pm but, we face this issues multiple times. Not once. Hotel Manager & Management definitely aware on this matter.
