Just stayed here for honeymoon and it truly gave me a full nature vibe. After being busy with work in KL, this trip really helped me reconnect with nature. The place is beautiful with so many amazing views, plus about 1km of reserved forest to explore. Breakfast is provided with healthy food and you can even get free top-ups, which I really appreciated. One unique touch is that the toilet actually has trees inside, which makes the whole experience feel even closer to nature. Also loved the friendly cats and dog around the area. The staff are very friendly too and always kept us updated via WhatsApp whenever we had any queries. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a peaceful, healthy retreat away from the city.

Overall, my experience here was below average and disappointing. I’ll keep this objective. I stayed in the Harmony Room for a one night quick getaway, wanted the Forest Room but missed the last one. I had originally booked an upper room in Block C but upon arrival was moved to Block A due to maintenance. It was located right at the front near the dining area. The room is mostly glass facing outdoors which sounds nice, but offered very little privacy. With the curtains open, people walking below, even the staff would easily look up. But no view when the curtains closed pulak. The outdoor bathtub also has poor privacy. It’s visible from my neighbour that i even had an awkward encounter while using it. The natural barrier were not sufficient, the design so poorly thought out. I did not feel comfortable using the space at all. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The curtains were visibly dirty, these were not minor stains but like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The diffuser provided was already switched on when i entered the room but was unacceptably dirty inside with dust clogging the vents and old smelling water. For a place that promotes wellness, this was very disappointing. I ended up not using it. Around the common area, the swimming pool looked dirty and the walkways were filled with fallen leaves and appeared neglected. I understand it was rainy season but that should mean more frequent cleaning. After walking around and seeing how the rainforest rooms and their unkept surroundings looked, i was honestly relieved not to be staying there. Another thing, no food is allowed in the room due to wild rats. At night, i could actually hear rats running around. I understand natural surroundings come with challenges but this felt poorly managed, especially given the price point. We also had dinner at the cafe just for the sake of trying. The bill came up to RM160. Taste-wise, it was average and not worth the price. Breakfast was included, simple and fine as i have not much expectation left by then. Overall, i don’t feel this place lives up to what it claims to represent. My experience was way below average and i wouldn’t recommend them.

We just had the Yoga retreat at this place. The environment is very refreshing n natural, the nature jungle walk is nice where have water stream n bamboo forest.. very nice to take pictures.. The special requested vegetarian meals was made very nicely n with heart.. Curry vegetables & beancurd for lunch, chickpeas with brown sauce n vegetables with rice for dinner, fresh salad with special vinegar dressing n avocado n bread for breakfast.. U can hear bird chirping n cricket sound everywhere where very relaxing.. The weather is cooling where at night can go as low as 16 Celsius.. A lots of spots can take good photos if u know how.. All staffs r friendly n helpful.. a staff very caring offer us a Mugwort mosquito repellent incense (艾草驱蚊香) when we go nature walk when she saw my friend wearing shorts n with fair skin. Thanks for everything.
