I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding our recent stay at Gopeng Riverstone which was highly unsatisfactory. During our stay, we were informed that the use of electrical equipment was not allowed, and karaoke activities were also prohibited. Somemore the lighthing at the bbq area is unstable additonally one of the fans is not functionting. As such, we seek clarification on what activities or facilities are actually permitted for guests. For your information, we stayed as a group of 18 people, not one or two. However, almost all activities were restricted without clear prior explanation. This situation significantly disrupted our plans and negatively affected our overall experience. Furthermore, we were disappointed by the lack of professionalism from the staff, as no proper explanation or even a simple apology was offered when we raised our concerns. This is unacceptable and does not reflect the level of service expected from a hospitality establishment. Kindly provide proper customer service training to your staff and have some respect towards customers. We hope the management will provide a reasonable explanation and take the necessary corrective actions to ensure such issues do not recur in the future.

There are not many units here so it's pretty quiet and not crowded. We stayed at Cabin 2 with a little kitchenette. Check in process was very simple, just catch the foreigner worker and he'll show you to your room. Check out, just leave the key on the door and 'cabut'. This place has no cafe so you have to go out and find food, otherwise there is a common kitchen in the common area which you can use the microwave and waterfilter. We went to Carrat Cafe to have a simple kampung-style western meal, very cheap also. The room was comfortable and clean, though not spotless. The towels and linen smell very nice. At night the weather very cold tau.

This is Malaysian hospitality at its best - friendly, helpful and not intrusive. Clean with good facilities and comfortable lodgings. Good for a family getaway or team building activities. Enjoying nature's offerings at your pace🫰🏼
