Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience Our 30-minute session (3 rounds of 10 minutes each) was plagued with problems from start to finish. Every round involved issues oil leaks, bumpy track conditions, and karts breaking down mid-session on two occasions. Despite charging rates higher than many reputable karting venues with far superior service and maintenance standards, X Park failed to meet even basic expectations. When we requested compensation for the lost time due to breakdowns, management flatly refused, displaying a clear lack of accountability and professionalism. It is the operator’s responsibility to ensure every kart is inspected, maintained, and safe before use. Neglecting this not only undermines the customer experience but also raises serious safety concerns. Until X Park addresses its poor customer service, substandard maintenance, and disregard for fair treatment, I strongly advise choosing a different venue.

⚠️ Avoid This Place – Unsafe & Poorly Maintained GoKart⚠️. I went to this go-kart track expecting a fun experience, but it turned out to be a major disappointment. 🚨Poor Maintenance: The karts are in bad shape. Some are noticeably faster while others crawl, despite having the same CC. It’s completely unfair for racing. 🚨Zero Safety Standards: No seat belts, no proper full-face helmets, and no basic safety checks. 🚨Negligence: They didn’t even check my kart before sending me out. It ran out of petrol mid-race and stopped on the track! 🚨Unhelpful Staff: When I told them we paid good money and expected well-maintained karts, they brushed it off and didn’t resolve the issue. For the price they charge, this place should at least ensure safety and fairness. Sadly, they fail on both. Save your money and go somewhere that values their customers’ safety and experience.

This go-kart venue is an outright disgrace and a serious safety hazard. • Zero safety standards: The karts have no seat belts, the engines are exposed, and there are no proper warnings. I suffered a burn injury simply by brushing against the engine during my session. This is unacceptable negligence. • Poor maintenance: The track is uneven and bumpy, the karts frequently stall midway, and it is very clear that proper servicing and upkeep are ignored. • Overpriced and exploitative: Despite charging premium rates, the experience is closer to a back-alley setup than a professional racing venue. Customers are essentially paying for danger, frustration, and disappointment. • Unprofessional management: After the incident, there was no accountability, no responsibility, and no compensation. The attitude towards customer welfare is appalling. This establishment is not just disappointing — it is irresponsible and dangerous. Until they overhaul their safety measures, maintain their equipment properly, and treat customers with respect, I strongly urge people to stay away. Your money and your safety are worth far more than what this place offers.
