I've booked more than once at GoCar Seri Kembangan Hub (a.k.a. MUV). From my experience, the cars here looked cleaner than a few that I've booked elsewhere. The cars were satisfactory, the people are helpful and there are many cats at this compound... never had any problem before and i loved the cats, except for an unintentional and sad incident involving kittens once. This GoCar hub is alright, car is easy to locate and has good Internet connectivity. Please beware of cats esp kittens before you reverse your booked car here. Apart from the above, there was once when the car i booked was changed from Giant Seri Kembangan to another location. A customer service officer called, he proposed that I change to Lotus Bukit Puchong as accordingly, the car was moved there. It's an unfamiliar place, so I asked if somewhere in the middle such as Bukit Jalil would work and then we agreed that my booking would be changed to IMU Bukit Jalil. Later, after I checked the GoCar app again, i discovered there was a nearer available GoCar with the same model at Bdr Putra Permai Seri Kembangan. I appreciate that customer service was trying to help, and he may not be familiar with all the places in town, although I wished at the first call I've been offered a nearer alternative without the need for further amendment. The Atmosphere Seri Kembangan - car was parked at the basement of a building. Please click the link of your GoCar app for detailed location details, because the caption alone could be misleading. Internet connectivity was poor at the basement which resulted in a long time to verify selfie. A delay of more than 30 mins. During exit and about to tap the parking card, a security guard asked to stop. He asked, are you the owner of this car that's parked here for so long, if yes please remove the sign board standing at the parking bay... replied no I'm only renting this car and the company requires me to put the GoCar sign board on the bay. He seemed confused with the answer given. I'm not sure of the extend of communication between GoCar, the parking management and its support personnel, but the overall experience could have been smoother if everyone was clear. Imagine if it happens to a new user who's not fully aware of GoCar's policy and had listened to the instruction to remove the sign board, ended up unable to park back at the same place because it's taken by another car and the consequence.

I’m currently on my 6th GoCar rental this year, and I’ve been very impressed with both the quality of the cars and the service provided by the team. The process is seamless, the vehicles are well-kept, and the customer support has been great when needed. Thank you GoCar team 👍😎

Extremely disappointed with GoCar’s irresponsible behavior. A GoCar vehicle has been occupying an EV charging station for days without charging, blocking access for actual EV users. I reported this to their support team, but after two days, no action was taken. This shows a complete lack of accountability and disregard for the EV community. If GoCar wants to promote sustainable mobility, they should ensure their cars don’t misuse charging spots. Poor service and no urgency in resolving issues. Would not recommend!
