Impressive environment and facilities Good food, the authentic kampung style dinner Well above expectations, toilets and shower areas are highly clean and dry dry Highly recommended for group travelling for friends and family family A great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city life life Staying guest will receive 30% discount for outdoor activities Tried ATV and flying fox For ATV, I took adventure trail and it was very fun, involved a lot of problems solving skills not merely driving skills For flying fox, all safety measures was done nicely and I felt safe. The only minus point for me personally, it was just too brief

Mediocre at best. * The activities provided are adequate, but most of the free ones are clearly catered to kids. * For adult activities, you have to pay extra (RM50 for flying fox, RM70 for fun ride ATV, RM120 for trail ATV). Not much to do and its quite boring. A major letdown for us. * There is also a lack of transparency. The advertised water activities actually require a 12-minute drive, and each activity comes with additional charges. * For the Q4 tent, the floor is extremely uneven, with a large hole that someone could easily trip over, which is quite a safety concern. * The facilities (toilet, shower, BBQ area) are located quite far from the tent. This could be challenging if you are bringing elderly guests or someone with special needs. * The fire pit shown on social media is a far cry from what is portrayed. In reality, it is small and positioned quite far from the other tents. * The breakfast timing is both late and short (8:00 AM – 9:30 AM). Will not be returning again, the glamping experience is not justifiable for the price

I would like to lodge a complaint to the management of Glamping@Putrajaya regarding our very bad first-time experience. Parking space was insufficient. The receptionist assigned us the furthest tent (T7) even though we made our booking one month in advance. We were not allowed to eat inside the tent, yet the dining tables were located very far away. Meanwhile, other tents had dining tables right in front of their tents, which felt unfair. The tent was dirty and had an unpleasant smell. It was infested with ants and lizards. Our request for an upgrade was ignored. The toilets were not user-friendly, as we had to walk uphill, and they were very dirty. This was especially inconvenient since we were travelling with children. We checked in at 4:00 PM and by 5:30 PM, we decided to leave due to the poor conditions. Even the gazebo accommodation was damaged.
