Linens very bad so many stain on the duvet cover. Kids pool floor condition very bad n so many grouting on the overall pool like tiles peel off not do maintenance/water also little bit dirty maybe not put chlorine on the schedule.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at Sg Tekam Resort. The room was in terrible condition, and the staff were incredibly rude and lacked basic common sense. The bathroom was filthy, which made the entire experience even worse. I expected so much more, but the service and cleanliness were far below acceptable standards.
