I engaged this company for my wedding but I had lack of response from them. I've been waiting for weeks for a quotation and Adeline has yet to give it me. Weddings are expensive if you keep delaying engaging with your customers! I have already indicated what I wanted and needed, and they have worked multiple times with venue that I have engaged and STILL NO QUOTATION. I brought my business elsewhere. Highly do not recommend this overrated company. Please do not engage them for your wedding. Edit: to clarify I did not engage with any other organizers but had no choice to engage someone else a month prior to the wedding at a higher price due to last minute fees as I did not get any response from Event Horizon.
