Came here for a 2D1N team building. Easy access with well-maintained (though hilly) roads. The staff are friendly, and the facilities are clean and orderly. A special shout-out to the petting zoo—while 'mini' in size, the animals are clearly very well-cared for and clean. It’s quiet at night, and the food is decent and affordable. Highly recommended for a quick getaway.

Disorganised ATV operation, not worth the hassle Booked and paid for the ATV ride at the counter and was told to wait at the ATV area. From there, everything went downhill. Groups kept appearing and somehow jumping ahead, even though we had been waiting longer. Staff mentioned certain groups were “priority” but gave no clear explanation and there was no visible system to manage turns. There was no proper queue, no time estimates, and no communication. We waited for a long stretch, tried to kill time with other activities, and came back only to find another group being allowed to ride again before those still waiting. By then, to two hours were already wasted. We eventually decided to ask for a refund, and that process alone took nearly an hour. Overall impression: very poor coordination and management for the ATV rides. If you’re planning to visit, I’d recommend avoiding the ATV package entirely. It’s chaotic and frustrating, especially for individual customers.

Very disappointing experience – avoid the ATV package Paid for the ATV package individually at the counter and was told to wait at the ATV station. While waiting, a group suddenly showed up and claimed our spot to ride. Shortly after, another group arrived and we were told these groups were “prioritised” with zero explanation. There was no clear queue system, no numbering, no transparency, nothing. We continued waiting and even went to do other activities just to pass time. When we came back, yet another group appeared and somehow that group decided to go for an additional round, pushing everyone else further back. End result: two hours completely wasted with no progress and no accountability from staff. Eventually, we gave up and went back to the counter to request a refund. That process alone took another hour, adding insult to injury. This is not a minor inconvenience. This is outright poor management. If you’re going to sell ATV slots, at least have a proper queue, a booking system, or basic communication with customers. Verdict: Avoid the ATV package entirely. Chaotic, unfair, and badly managed. Not worth your time or money.
