I haven't even registered but I'm sure the the management will look into hiring a more ppl pleasant staff who welcomes walk in inquiries. The staff who handled us, Ms Dita had a very high nose and had no courtesy at all. As though I owe her a favour. Sour face probably because of all the junk food she was consuming. No ..have a seat, please remove your shoes, hold on a minute.. She was attempting to impress me with her slang but bad manners and professionalism cant cover up that negative first impression This is how businesses are affected

Needs to improve customer service I am currently a parent with my daughter enrolled. Due to unforseen circumstances we were not able to send her for 2 weeks of classes. Dancesteps allows us to have a replacement class within 3 months which is good. So we filled up the form and personally handed it to the staff (no online version is allowed and it must be a physical hardcopy) a week before the first class (as they need time to check for availability which is understandable). Today I got a WhatsApp from them at 6 saying that both dates are not available. I immediately asked whether the Friday 2 weeks from now is available. I didn't get a response. At 620pm I called their office and nobody answered the phone. I tried calling the mobile number and nobody answered. Since your studio is only open from 3-630pm I now have to call again tomorrow at 3pm to see if my daughter's replacement class can be filled up. I sincerely hope I do not need to fill up another form and personally drive all the way to dancesteps and hand it in and then later be informed again that the class is full and then repeat these steps again. Undue inconvenience for a very simple task. Update: Dancesteps has informed me that replacement class forms don't need to be sent physically. They can be sent via WhatsApp too. This is new to me and I am glad of this development. Additionally, they have been very prompt to respond back the following day at 301pm (1 min after opening) about my request for another date. I have to admit that I am happy with their responsiveness on this matter. Now I won't feel so stressed about having to arrange another replacement class

Dancesteps is like a huge family. Dedicated teachers who really care about your progress and who would spend more time with you if needed and helpful staff. Best to call ahead and make an appointment to enquire about classes as the principal and teachers teach back to back classes and have rehearsals throughout the day, every day of the week.
