I would like to raise a complaint regarding the teacher handling the baby ballet class. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. I brought my 3 year daughter for two trial classes, and I found the teacher’s attitude to be quite arrogant. She does not seem to know how to handle young children appropriately. The way she approaches the kids and conducts the class feels unfriendly and overly bossy. A warm and welcoming environment is very important for children at this age, and when the teacher’s demeanour is not inviting, it affects their interest in the class. After the second trial, my daughter herself said she does not want to attend the class with this teacher anymore. If needed, you may review the CCTV recordings to observe the class interactions. I am very disappointed with this experience and hope this feedback will be taken seriously.

Congratulations to Dancepot on a wonderful event last weekend and a very Happy 12th Anniversary! Time truly flies—feeling a bit sentimental after attending the event, as it reminded me of when I first sent both my girls to the school for ballet classes when they were little. It’s been touching to witness the growth of the school and the founders, from a young couple to proud parents, and from offering just ballet classes to so much more! It was incredible to watch the variety of dances performed so beautifully by your students. Eda had an amazing time dancing, and I’m so proud of her. Kudos to everyone involved—keep up the fantastic work, Dancepot! XOXO

Here's my honest review, if dancepot didn't exist I would not have continued to dance, they've made adjustments accordingly to accommodate to almost every single type of people there is, thanks to Russell & to the principal ann, to make sure dancepot still exist and operational in one piece to this day. Thank you to all of the receptionist that were patient with our whimsical nonsense, on be-half of the people that are too proud to apologize for their "correct" view , sincerely, we would like to apologize for our misconduct. Sorry. Thank you for being patient with us, but don't worry we will still continue to harass you guys. I appreciate the effort that the teachers have put into teaching their students, they actually communicate AND COMPREHEND. I appreciate that. Even if the teachers didn't notice me, I would make an effort to ask for their guidance and not just stand there. I've paid for it and I'm gonna make sure I get my money worth, they will teach me one way or another. And if I'm being really nit-pick than I hope the laminated wooden floor for the dance class on the left side of the counter can be fix within a reasonable amount of time. Now here's my "i just want to get an extra credit Google/ P.R review" Wow! Amazing! One of the best dance school I've ever been to!! Definitely will recommend & come here again 10/10.
