Great luxurious hotel smack where the tourist action is. Very large room with huge bed. I like the fact that the hotel is only 3 storeys high. The cool infinity pool on the roof top could do with more loungers though. Lovely view over the river from the infinity pool. Staff were so nice. Special thanks to Mr. Haffis, Faqul and Niroj for making our stay special.

We had a wonderdul 3 night staycation, mainly to celebrate my grandson's 100day milestone. Had a suite and a deluxe room for the 5 adults and the infant. Glad the hotel could make arrangement for the deluxe room to be just across the suite. Gorgeous river facing view. Room size was good, nice and thoughtful layout. Super King size bed was so comfy. Breakfast selections and taste were solid. Location of hotel within 2 mins walk to Jonker Street is superb. Only blemishes are the bathroom door couldn't close completely, and that the taps open/ close are opposite standard direction, and that the aircon temp setting couldn't be effected. Want to acknowledge the overall very warm, helpful and friendly staff in the hotel, from security to housekeeping to counter and restaurant. Want to tlcall out and thank Fara for her special attention and help especially with the infant needs. Well done!

Amazing Staycation, Felt Like Home I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Everything was well-prepared and the hotel environment was calm and relaxing. It honestly felt like being at home, but with 5-star comfort. I also want to give special credit to Mr Redzuan (Front Desk). He was very friendly, helpful, and professional. His service made the whole experience even better. Thank you for the great hospitality! I will definitely come back. Highly recommended!
