Overall, we did enjoy our overnight stay at the resort. We wish we had checked in earlier so that we could grab the opportunity to try out all the free activities provided by the resort, i.e jungle stroll, waterfall trek, animal farm etc. Our children spent the morning at the waterpark and went on the flying fox (RM10/person). We were the only ones at the waterpark at the time.

The rainforest setting here is truly beautiful — peaceful, green, and a great place to unwind from the busy city. However, the resort could benefit from better maintenance. Some facilities like the cafeteria were closed, the access road needs attention, and the waterpark pool had leaves in it. Room rates are on the higher side, especially with limited evening activities. Safety for children can also be improved. With some upgrades and care, this place has the potential to shine again as a top family destination.

Great place for nature lovers who aren’t too particular about accommodation. The staff is very friendly. The area is huge and is indeed undermanaged, with signs of limited maintenance. We personally enjoyed the “abandoned” vibe—it adds a unique charm—but we understand it might feel a bit eerie and be less suitable for families with young children. That said, the water park and nearby resort facilities are still a bit more maintained. However, many activities are not available anymore. Food is good too ! Big potential, probably too expensive to maintain...
