I stumbled upon BollyOn on Instagram while searching for a choreographer during what can only be described as a sudden family dance crisis (for real!!). When our sister decided to marry her Punjabi boyfriend and the word “Sangeet” entered the picture, the introverts in us collectively panicked. We are, by nature, the first to hide behind chairs. But we are also a very close-knit group. And for our sister, we knew we had to show up… and dance. So, we reached out to BollyOn. The first surprise? The package price — in the best way possible. Extremely reasonable and affordable for what was offered!! In our very first session, we warned Coach Asha upfront: “Please teach us like we are six-year-olds.” And she truly did. Patiently, kindly, without a hint of judgement!!! More than just the steps, it was her constant encouragement that carried us through. Some of us needed extra help (most sessions, honestly) and she would guide us happily, again and again. There were even days when the session went beyond the allocated time — Coach Asha never once watched the clock. She focused on making sure we felt confident enough to perform. After nearly two months of weekly practice, the Sangeet came and went. What we didn’t expect was how much we missed our Saturday dance routine afterwards. That says everything. BollyOn didn’t just choreograph a dance. It created a safe, fun space where even people who don’t or can't dance, find themselves starting. And smiling while doing it :) Highly recommended for anyone looking for a supportive, affordable and genuinely enjoyable dance experience!

I am incredibly grateful to coach Lekha for choreographing and teaching my solo dance for a corporate event on very short notice. Her teaching style is clear, patient, and extremely encouraging, which made the entire learning process enjoyable and confidence-building. What truly stood out was her ability to motivate me at every step and tailor the choreography to suit my comfort level while still making it impactful. The performance was very well received, and I received a lot of appreciation—something I owe greatly to her creativity, dedication, and passion. Huge shoutout to BollyOn Studios and our amazing coach, Asha! My siblings, cousins, and I booked a block of 7 classes to prepare for a family wedding, and honestly, we started with zero dance skills—the best we could usually manage were some basic jogging steps. ​By the Sangeet night, we gave a total 'bomb' of a performance! The compliments didn't stop all night, and we’re still in shock at how good we looked. This was all thanks to Asha’s incredible patience. She went the extra mile, spending every extra minute needed to polish our moves and give us the confidence we lacked. Thank you for giving us a memory we’ll cherish for life!
