My family and I had an amazing stay at Belum Rainforest Resort.The natural surroundings were stunning, with beautiful rainforest scenery and peaceful lake views. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family. The food was delicious with a good variety of local and international dishes. We really enjoyed the meals, and the dining experience was pleasant with great service. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable getaway. Highly recommended for families and nature lovers.

Terrific location. On the water, close to the rain forest. Very good excursions. Pricey, but you can see a lot. Rooms were ok, but require some investment. The shower head in our room was so old that some of the nozzles had fallen out. The gaps in between the tiles should be cleaned throughly. The best about breakfast was the juicer, the rest below usual hotel buffet standard (limited selection and restocking).

We were not informed of attire for excursion and there was very little information of what the excursions entails until we arrived at the resort. It would have been useful if we had that information upfront. Also i dont think we had food selection during the excursion as my daughter and partner do not eat spicy but the meal was spicy. No major concerns just that i believe some information on what to prepare for the excursion would be useful.
