We had our session here a long time ago on 12March2023 and only realized today after our bowls finally broke from frequent use that we never left a review. We remember our experience at Beary Bukit Jalil clearly. While we were looking forward to the session, we received noticeably less attention from staff assigned that day compared to other customers (which was fine, didn’t bother us much). After the session, we were fine washing our own utensils, but after queuing & finishing our own batch, a staff member came & dropped a whole big load of additional utensils (that were not from our usage) for us to wash and walked away. We believe these were from general studio use. You could imagine how stunned we were. This made us feel singled out to take on extra chores, especially when we didn’t receive the same level of attention or care as others who paid the same price. Wasn’t inexpensive too. And this was our first date activity together, so it unfortunately became a bitter memory for us at Beary.

I had a really good time here! The teachers are incredibly nice, patient, friendly, and very supportive throughout the session. It was such a great first experience, and I truly enjoyed learning pottery here. Definitely will come again for another pottery session!

First time doing pottery class and it was fun! The staff is very nice and helpful, and they guide you step by step ;) the studio is also very comfy. highly recommended!
