Went for the Sourdough workshop and I have a new level respect for all the bakers. Yennie taught us very patiently 😌 and ensured we have full understanding of the entire sourdough making process. We also made focassia bread, scones and crackers! All Sedap! We were all give a starter to start baking right away. I enjoyed the workshop and if you are a bread lover, you must try this workshop. It will challenge your patience level and muscles 💪. Thank you Yennie and Jia Min for the workshop and also the coffee post lunch to keep us going on. The results of our hard work are in the pictures. Will return for another class. This was an immersive experience with a small group of 4 people and very soul satisfying.

Joined Yennie’s Sourdough Workshop for Beginners and love every minute of it! Very detailed step-by-step and sharing lots of tips! Went home with successful and delicious baked goods

I traveled to Malaysia just to attend the Sourdough Class at Baker Experience Academy, and it was absolutely worth it! The class was very hands-on, and I learned so many practical tips. A big shoutout to Teacher Yennie, an excellent baker who explained everything clearly and made the experience enjoyable. I left with confidence to bake at home—and a delicious loaf I made myself. Highly recommended
