I have learned so much at this academy in just 9 months. It’s truly a great place to hone your skills with some of the best chefs at APCA Malaysia. The environment is inspiring, the lessons are hands-on, and the instructors are incredibly supportive. I’m grateful for the knowledge and experience I’ve gained here — highly recommended to anyone who’s passionate about pastry and culinary arts!

My learning experience at APCA Malaysia was truly amazing! The instructors were very good at teaching, not just the recipes, but also the underlying principles, allowing you to truly understand the techniques. The course was rich in content, and I learned a lot that I had never encountered before. It was truly worth the money. I especially enjoyed their Masterclasses, where I had the opportunity to meet chefs from different countries and learn about baking concepts from different cultures. It was incredibly rewarding. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone who's serious about improving their skills

My daughter studied Culinary under the guidance of Chef Ahmad and Chef Fauzan at APCA Malaysia. I have to thank both this God sent chef's in making my daughter the best so far. With both their guidance and dedication and all their hardwork, my daughter managed to win Gold Medal at the recent FHM competition which was held at KLCC. Both Chef Ahmad and Chef Fauzan dedicated their time day in day out, 7 days a week in preparing all the participants for this competition. Kudos to both Chef Ahmad and Chef Fauzan. Thank You to both the Chef, especially Chef Ahmad whom i have interacted personally. His dedication and passion towards the Culinary is exception.
