The resort is outdated and in need of repairs. I found a frog in my room, highlighting poor maintenance and pest control. Worse, animal droppings around the pool area were left uncleaned for days — very unhygienic. With better upkeep and cleanliness, this place could offer a much better experience.

Easy access, strategic places. Nearby to dataran & zoo. Clean room, cuma agak sunyi sedikit. Overall everything ok.

Room at blue block very disappointing (no maintenance at all).. loose shower head, toilet bowl unable to flush, broken lamps, curtains not fixed nicely, dusty furniture…
